All of the leash size's LENGTH are equal (4ft - 120cm). The leash size (S, M) only affects the WIDTH of the leash.

I love the leash but the collor for a smaller dog with a thin neck is a little too stiff and thick. Perhaps for the smaller sizes offer a thiner collar.
